Sale and Purchase in Poland

In Poland, there are certain limitations on property purchases by “foreigners”. A “foreigner” for that matter is any individual that is not a citizen or resident of the EU or a company owned by “foreigners”. “Foreigners” can purchase property in Poland through a local company (a company that was established and registered according to the Polish law prior to the purchase of the property).
