To execute in Israel a court judgment that has been given by a court in another country, a specific process of recognition of foreign judgments is required. This process has certain pre-requisitions. To prove those conditions are in order, according to the laws of the country in which the court ruling was ruled, a legal opinion of an international law expert is needed – that’s where we come in.
